We recommend purchasing tickets directly at the entrance. They are not expensive and there are different pricing options available.
Opening hours:
From January 1st to November 30th: Tuesday to Sunday from 10 AM to 6 PM (note, closed on Mondays during this period)
From December 1st to December 31st: Monday to Sunday from 10 AM to 6 PM
Closed on December 24th, Christmas Eve.
Lockers are available at the entrance to store your items and hang your coats.
During peak hours, a cafeteria is open inside offering a buffet lunch.
The visit is recommended in case of bad weather.
Located in the city, in a large modern building adjacent to the university frequented by many foreign students. This interactive museum tells the story of Rovaniemi (Finland) and Lappish customs and traditions.
