We loved our stay. There was inside storage space for our tandem bike. Our room was upgraded at no extra charge. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed with quality pots and pans. The view was excellent and there was a patio. We were even able to do laundry.

the landscape and interior are lovely- having a pool and lounge chairs to relax in a quiet olive grove are perfect. being able to get laundry done and not eat out while traveling was a nice break.

Sami gave me what I wanted, small, quiet resort but with plenty of restaurants, cafes and a few shops/ bakeries. Fatto a Mano has the best spanikopita! Scenery was beautiful, harbour very pretty. Good middle base for visiting all parts of Kefalonia, right near Melisanni and Drogarati caves. Sami centre has lots of nice restaurants. Adonis was our favourite. Great beach Antisamos is nearby. Myrtos beach about 25 mins away in car. Showers on beach a nice touch. Pretty private coves, good snorkelling, clear turquoise waters. Sami is a great place to stay. Lots of great cafes and restaurants by the harbour. Lovely views. Good beaches and lots to explore nearby if you have a car. We visited 3 locations over a 3 week stay
We visited 3 locations over a 3 week stay Lassi, Skala then Sami, to have a base to to explore Kefalonia easier. Which we feel worked out perfectly. Sami was great, we hired a Boat from 'Compass Renta boat' on two occasions - very nice people - would 100% recommend them. Used the boat to visit Ithaki.

Sami was a perfect base for North if the Island . Alancia Suites are perfect . Plenty of places to eat and drink . Supermarkets were good . Places to hire cars, bikes etc . This place has all you could need for an amazing stay in the beautiful town of Sami. Easy access and great communication from the owner added to one of our best stays. With plenty of fresh towels and linen brought to the apartment every few days, we highly rate this place in every way. With beaches, taxis, shops, ferries, restaurants, and one of the best cake shops , this place is a perfect holiday stay.

It’s a nice quiet spot with easy, close access to everything in town. Street parking is right outside the apartment and across the street is a great supermarket with everything you may need for your stay. Access to the apartment is easy and quick with extremely helpful owners and staff. We would definitely stay here again!
